OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Mert Özer (MZ Leather Craft). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MZ Leather Craft. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

SECTION 1 - ARTISANAL NATURE & PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

Every item at MZ Leather Craft is handcrafted in our Bodrum atelier using premium, full-grain leathers (such as Buttero and Pueblo).

Natural Variation: Leather is a natural material. Natural marks, veins, and slight tonal variations are not defects; they are evidence of the leather’s authenticity and character.

Craftsmanship: As each item is hand-cut and hand-stitched (Saddle Stitch), minimal variations between the product photos and the final piece are a hallmark of original craft. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these unique artisanal characteristics.

 

SECTION 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original designs, patterns, logos, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Mert Özer. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our patterns and designs is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under international copyright treaties.

 

SECTION 3 - PRICING AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Bespoke/Custom Orders: Orders made specifically to your request (custom colors, measurements, or personalized engravings) are initiated upon your approval via email/WhatsApp. Once the artisanal process begins for a custom order, it cannot be canceled or modified.

 

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Delivery: We ship globally from Türkiye via Navlungo (FedEx/UPS/DHL).

Customs Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. MZ Leather Craft has no control over these fees.

 

SECTION 5 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

Standard Items: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return non-personalized items. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom/Personalized Items: According to international consumer law, items made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

 

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be handled by the authorized courts in Bodrum/Muğla.
