Shipping policy
At MZ Leather Craft, we take great care in ensuring that your handcrafted leather goods reach you safely and swiftly. Below you will find the details regarding our shipping processes:
1. Preparation and Production Time
Since all of our products are handmade, the delivery process consists of two stages: "Production + Shipping":
Ready-made Items: Shipped within 1-3 business days.
Custom / Personalized Orders: These items go through a meticulous craftsmanship process and are shipped within 3-7 business days.
Note: Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Carriers
We partner with Navlungo to provide reliable global and domestic logistics.
Domestic Orders (Within Turkey): We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Turkey. Domestic shipments are delivered via HepsiJet.
International Orders: Shipping fees for orders outside of Turkey are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery zone and package weight. We work with world-class carriers such as FedEx or UPS for all international shipments.
3. Customs and Import Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or additional customs fees once the package reaches the destination country. These additional charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer (customer). MZ Leather Craft has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount as they vary by country.
4. Tracking, Notifications, and Invoices
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, an automated notification with your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can easily track your package through the carrier's system.
Domestic Orders (Within Turkey): Your official digital invoice will be sent directly to your registered email address. No physical invoices are included inside the package.
International Orders: Due to international customs regulations and legal requirements, in addition to your digital invoice, physical copies of the official Commercial Invoice will be attached to the exterior of your package in a clear shipping pouch to ensure smooth customs clearance.
5. Delivery Inspection
Leather goods are valuable and carefully packaged. Upon receiving your package:
Please inspect the exterior for any signs of tearing, moisture, or impact.
If the package is visibly damaged, do not accept it and ask the courier to file a "Damage Assessment Report." This report is a legal requirement for us to process any replacements or claims.
6. Address Responsibility and Redelivery
You may request an address change before your order is shipped. If a package is returned to our atelier due to reasons caused by the buyer (e.g., incorrect address, recipient not at home); the cost of the return shipping and the second delivery attempt will be charged to the buyer. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.
7. Return Shipments If you wish to return your product for any reason, free returns are available only for domestic orders within Turkey via our partner carrier, Sürat Kargo. For international returns or more detailed information, please visit our "Return & Refund Policy" page.
