1.2. BUYER: The person who places an order through the website www.mzleathercraft.com and approves this agreement electronically.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in Türkiye, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified, ordered by the BUYER via the SELLER's website.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND CRAFTSMANSHIP DECLARATION

3.1. The type, kind, quantity, sales price, and payment information of the product are as they were at the moment the order was finalized. 3.2. Natural Material and Craftsmanship Declaration: MZ Leather Craft products are entirely handcrafted from natural (genuine) leather. Due to the organic nature of leather, natural texture variations, vein marks, and minimal deviations in hand-stitching details are not manufacturing defects; rather, they are proof that each product is unique. The BUYER declares that they purchase the product knowing and accepting these artisanal characteristics.

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

4.1. The product is shipped within 1-7 business days from the order confirmation. The entirely handmade production process or custom design requests may affect this period depending on current order volume; in such cases, the BUYER will be informed. 4.2. Deliveries within Türkiye are made via HepsiJet. The respective cargo company is solely responsible for any delays that may occur after the product is handed over to the courier.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

5.1. The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product to them. 5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, the leather form must be intact (no bending, scratches, creases, or stains), and it must be returned in its original packaging. 5.3. Return Shipping Fee: In cases of exercising the right of withdrawal, excluding defective (faulty) products, the return shipping fee shall be borne entirely by the BUYER.

6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED (EXCEPTIONS)

6.1. In accordance with Article 15/b of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts relating to goods prepared in line with the consumer's explicit requests or personal needs. 6.2. In this context; no returns, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted for MZ Leather Craft products that are personalized with names/initials, custom-made with personal color/size modifications, or manufactured upon special request via personal communication channels (E-mail/WhatsApp) that are not standardly listed on our website.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product sound, complete, and in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order. 7.2. Minimal color tone differences that may occur due to screen resolution, digital color profiles, and studio lighting shall not be considered defects or faults.

8. COMPETENT COURT

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits declared annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.
