Absolutely. All of our products are crafted from 100% genuine, Full-Grain leather. Faux (imitation) or bonded leather never enters our workshop. The leathers we use are living materials that develop a rich sheen and gain a unique soul (develop a patina) over time with use. The moment you touch an MZ Leather Craft piece, you can instantly feel the natural texture and exceptional quality of the leather.

Because each product carries a piece of nature. Genuine leather is a living material; the grain texture, pore structure, and color tone of every individual hide are completely unique. Since our products are entirely handmade rather than manufactured, they bear the authentic marks of craftsmanship instead of the soulless symmetry of mass production.

Additionally, screen color settings and studio lighting may cause minor tonal variations. These subtle differences are the greatest proof that your product is a one-of-a-kind piece, crafted exclusively for you.

Our fulfillment timeline depends on the preparation process of your chosen item. Standard products currently in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days. If your item is custom-crafted (made-to-order) or includes personalization, our meticulous artisan process takes 3–7 business days before shipment. Please note that weekends and official holidays are not counted as business days.

Cleaning: A soft, dry cloth is all you need for dust or light dirt. Harsh chemicals or wet wipes can severely damage the natural structure of the leather.

Liquid Contact: If your product comes into contact with water, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. Never use heat sources like hairdryers or radiators.

Conditioning: Leather can dry out over time. You can nourish the hide 1–2 times a year by gently massaging it in circular motions with a natural leather care balm or a neutral leather cream.

Usage: As you use your leather goods, they are naturally nourished by the oils from your hands and develop that famous rich sheen known as a "patina." In short, the best care is to use it with love every single day.

Of course. You can return or exchange standard (unaltered), unused products in their original packaging along with the invoice within the legal timeframe.

However, due to the very nature of craftsmanship and bespoke production, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted for personalized items that have been uniquely customized for you with names, initials, or special dates via hot stamping.
