2. BUYER INFORMATION

The Buyer's (Customer) name, surname, delivery address, and contact information are recorded based on the information entered into the system during the checkout step at the time of the order.

3. PRODUCT AND PRICE SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number of items, purchase price including all taxes, and shipping fees of the purchased goods/services consist of the cart contents at the exact moment the customer approves the order.

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card via iyzico secure payment infrastructure or Bank Transfer / EFT.

⚠️ Bank Transfer/EFT Order Conditions: For orders placed via Bank Transfer or EFT, the order amount must be fully transferred to the Seller's bank account within 3 (three) business days. Orders whose payment does not reach the account within this period will be automatically canceled by the system. The preparation and shipping process of the order begins not when the order is placed on the website, but from the moment the payment reaches our bank account.

Delivery Period: Provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period, the product is handed over to the cargo company depending on the preparation time of the item and sent to the address specified by the Buyer.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS

The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without stating any reason.

⚠️ Important Exception: In accordance with Article 15/1-b of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts; the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal for products that are prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or explicitly personal needs, or that are personalized (such as items with names engraved, or custom size/color modifications). The right of withdrawal remains fully valid for non-personalized standard products.

6. COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS

The Buyer may submit their applications regarding complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the place where the Buyer purchased the goods or services or where their residence is located, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.
